Amazing Views: The homes at Coral Vistas are on the point at Half Moon Bay, a quiet and secluded location that starts about 100 yards from the center of West End Village. It starts at the end of the bay’s beautiful white sand beach, with a coral reef starting out front that is great for snorkeling, and as you go further out, scuba diving. As you are on a narrow point of land, the ocean views from the bedrooms, the living and dining room, and all of the balconies and patios, are simply amazing.
Convenient Location: Located on a quiet point of land in West End Village, the house is only 15 minutes from the Roatan airport. West End Village is the heart of international Roatan, and is laid back yet lively, well developed for tourism but not tacky or over-commercialized. Once you get here you are just a short walk to restaurants, dive shops, bars, grocery stores, etc., so you don’t need to rent a car; you can easily walk everywhere in town. Water and car taxis are abundant and inexpensive if you want to explore other spots, such as West Bay Beach (10 minutes and $3 by water taxi), one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the island. And the reefs that surround Roatan are a snorkeler’s and scuba diver’s paradise, with hundreds of dive sites, many of them world class.
