This beautiful rental in a gated community offers the best of both worlds: private on site romantic beach with huge infinity pool or walk 10 minutes to West Bay beach to enjoy superb shore snorkeling, 5 dive shops, and a good selection of restaurants. The 2 bdrm 2 ½ bath unit is total luxury: ocean views from terrace, bedrooms and great room. 2 master suites with king beds, en suite luxury bathrooms and large flat screen TV’s. Gourmet kitchen, great room with large flat screen TV/DVD, inside laundry, central A/C, potable drinking water from all faucets. The L Shaped sectional sofa converts to two twin beds by removing the back cushions and adding the twin sheets (provided). Guests on the couch have the half bath to service them as well making this a popular option for kids or the extra single person or two.
The unit itself features large entry foyer complete with original artwork to help set the mood. Off the foyer on the left is a bedroom and full bath with double vanity and over sized shower and tub. Down the entry hall you will come out to the open concept kitchen, wet-bar, dining and living area all that look out onto the patio. The patio faces south toward the ocean and the mainland of Honduras. This large area becomes more outdoor living space as you take in the gentle sea breeze and great views.
Off this main living area is the 2nd bedroom with en-suite bath, double vanity and over sized shower and tub. This bedroom also features access to the balcony where you can look at the blue sea. The split floor plan allows 2 couples or a family to have suitable privacy and space so everyone feels special in their own KING bed while relaxing watching their own 37” LCD TV in their bedrooms or the larger LCD in the main living room. Both Beds feature top of the line king size mattresses, high thread count linens and plush towels. In both the kitchen and bath you will be impressed by the fine Honduran hardwoods and incredible craftsmanship that went into the doors and cabinets.
The owners are from California and the lady of the house is a gifted artist who has put many personal touches on the walls and into the homes. They definitely have a knack for decorating and you will feel right at home with comfortable furnishings. Excellent kitchen accoutrements abound and you will love the touches of red appliances on the dark granite counters. All appliances are top of the line and stainless steel. A wet bar is just waiting for you to make a refreshing drink as you take in the view. Our guest will also enjoy the convenience of full size washer/dryer in the unit.
Keyhole Bay community features 24 hour gated its own private secluded beach and an incredible pool with waterfall feature. Keyhole Bay is located a short 10 minute walk from West Bay Beach, fine white sand, some of the best shore snorkeling on the island, and a variety of restaurants to choose from. Unique to Roatan Keyhole Bay was designed by an environmental engineer and the water is potable from the tap and filtered down to 1 micron making this the cleanest water on the island and allowing guests and homeowners of Keyhole bay to feel at home and comfortable knowing that every detail down to the last drop has been taking care of.

I stayed at this comfortable condo for a week last year and had a great week in Roatan. It is a modern two bedroom condo with all of the comforts of home and a view of the Carribean. It has a wonderful location that is very close to many resorts and restaurants. You can walk to many of them within 15 minutes or take a taxi. I snorkled almost everyday while there and the fish were amazing. Most of the time I just walked out into the warm relaxing water and began seeing fish immediately. I also went to swim with the dolphins one day and this was a truly unforgetable experience. I would strongly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a comfortable spacious two bedroom condo. - Joyce from California
This is probably one of the best rentals available in the westend of Roatan. The property is high end all the way. All was well coordinated with the management company and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Roatan was absolute paradise. The water was a crystal clear, warm and welcoming. Spending hours every day under water and not wanting to exit the reef because there is so much to see. The condo and private beach was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Extremely clean and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. Conveniently located and the site seeing is out of this world. This condo is excellent! The absolutely best place we have ever stayed. The amenities are superb, the location is second to none, and the privacy and accommodation is far superior to any "all inclusive" resort in Roatan. We stayed for a week in February 2011 with family and enjoyed it so much that we are planning to go again next winter. The owner offered suggestions for dining and activities. We found out about it from a previous visit to the island from a dive shop just minutes from the property, and we are so happy that this trip we stayed here instead of at a resort- we could plan our trip on our time schedule instead of having to conform to the time tables for meals and activities of an all-inclusive. The price is even less expensive than alternate lodging. I would and have told everyone that this is the place to stay in Roatan.
