Brand New Villa Available in West End
HighPoint Villa and Tower is a brand new rental complex offering space for up to 6 adults in three units that can be combined into a single rental or rented separately.
Meet the owners!
Ian and Paula bought what is now HighPoint Villa back in December 2016 and have been renovating since. Their modern island sanctuary was completed in October 2017.
Over the course of their travels, “Where are you guys from?”, has become a frequent question. She was born in Brazil, he was born in Sri Lanka, they grew up and met in Canada, got married in the Dominican Republic, and lived and worked in El Salvador for 2 years.
But it was Roatan that they fell in love with while on vacation in 2015.
“Besides the beautiful natural aspects – the lush greenery, white sand beaches, gorgeous sunsets, the second largest reef in the world – the most wonderful thing about Roatan is the local community,” Ian says.
“They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to island life and are so welcoming and helpful to newbies like us! We’re blessed to have made some incredible (hopefully lifelong!) friendships in such a short time period.”

HighPoint Villa and Tower (3 Bedrooms)
HighPoint Villa is a 1-bedroom home boasting beautiful interior design. Modern features and high-end amenities create a comfortable stay to completely rejuvenate and replenish you.
The Villa features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a half-bath. Step through the glass doors into the great room, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows providing a truly tropical indoor/outdoor feel.
A short paved walkway connects HighPoint Villa to HighPoint Tower, a 2-story building offering 2 hotel-style suites. Both suites offer queen-size beds and full modern baths, with kitchenettes for preparing small meals.
The two units also share a beautiful outdoor shower and a rooftop patio boasting incredible ocean views. Enjoy sunsets here as a group, toasting to another fun island day of adventures.
HighPoint Villa (1-Bedroom)
HighPoint Villa can be rented on its own for a quiet getaway for two.
Walk into your private villa and enjoy the views through your floor to ceiling glass sliding doors and windows. Your tropical getaway doesn’t end when you go indoors, you can still enjoy the palm trees from your living room.
Sway in a hammock or sprawl out on the couch to bask in these views of nature’s beauty. This sitting area is a truly remarkable space for rejuvenating and relaxing.
Step into your master bedroom for perfect privacy and complete comfort. The king-size bed and en-suite bath offer the amenities you expect from a high-end villa. A double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower complete the modern feel of this master suite.

HighPoint Tower 1 (1-Bedroom)
HighPoint Tower 1 is located at the top of the hill past the gated Sunset Villas community. With ocean views and beautiful tropical landscaping, this unit is as stunning as it is affordable.
As a hotel-style suite, this ground-floor unit of HighPoint Tower offers a studio space with a queen-size bed, kitchenette, and full modern bathroom. You can opt to have breakfast at home and prepare a few small meals, while still enjoying the diverse cuisine options of West End Village.
Just a 5-minute walk from your front door, West End offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, and plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
HighPoint Tower 2
You’ll love spending time on your shared rooftop patio at HighPoint Tower. Ocean views are framed by lush tropical gardens and stunning sunsets grace the horizon each evening. Take a drink upstairs and savor the moment.
Your hotel-style suite offers a queen-size bed, kitchenette, and full modern bath. This is the second-floor unit with a similar unit on the ground floor and the rooftop patio above. A shared outdoor shower is also available for both units.
