The weather will remain warm, perfect beach or water activity (diving and snorkeling) weather for the next few months, until it cools down and we get the last few months of the year which can produce some amazing clear days while the island returns quickly to a lush green as we receive some more regular rain.

Roatan Beach Volleyball Open
Let’s support our local athletes and showcase their talent in this international event.
Last year, with your help, we supported the first beach volleyball tournament since the lockdown in 2020! It was a total success, with over 150 athletes participating in four categories (men open, women open, sub21 male, sub21 female) from three countries in Central America (El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras). Our local athletes made the top three in the women open, sub21 male and sub21 female; highlighting our talent and the importance of continuous support for our athletes and this program.
This year we aim to financially support the Roatan Beach Volleyball Open on July 19-21, 2024 at the beautiful beach of Mahogany Bay. Everyone is also invited to come out and support our local athletes and this sport that is a part of our island culture. There will be restaurants open, seating area around the courts, access to beach and parking.
Any donation large or small, helps to make this tournament a success and an opportunity for our local athletes to showcase their abilities and prepare them for future national and international tournaments
